Cock-a-doodle-doo was asked to manage the launch campaign for LeisureSK the contracted delivery partner for South Kesteven District Council’s Leisure facilities.
The fitness campaign aimed to retain existing members and manage the transition of facilities from 1life, the previous contracted leisure operator.
However, the launch campaign quickly coincided with lockdown, but fear not Cock-a-doodle-doo had a plan B and the exercise at home campaign, featuring ‘Stay at Home Squats’, and ‘Boredom busting burpees’ were launched.
Cock-a-doodle-doo managed the social media, e-marketing, and media relations for the launch, as well as subsequent paid digital, media, and OOH advertising campaigns.
Most recently Cock-a-doodle-doo has led the design, and development of the new LeisureSK app.
The new look app supports a mobile first digital strategy, and the client’s ambition to create an online wellness hub, bursting with the support and encouragement to help everyone on their health and wellbeing journey.
The new app is loaded with new features, including on-demand workouts, fitness challenges, weight management advice and activities the whole family can enjoy, and has rapidly become the one stop shop for swimming sessions, group exercise class bookings, and health and wellness advice.
In the first month since launch the app achieved 7970 App downloads and
37,905 module hits, with 629 at-home workouts accessed.
