The #GoalsNotGlory campaign celebrates athletes of all ages, shapes, and sizes- we are all athletes, and we can all achieve our successes. Whether your goal is to run a 5k, lose weight, feel stronger, or keep up with the kids, Active Nation’s latest campaign empowers us to improve our health and well-being.
Since 2009, Active Nation, the UK’s leading well-being charity, has been on a mission to inspire the Nation to improve their health and well-being, and this latest campaign does just that. The messaging of #GoalsNotGlory recognises individual progress at every level and gives us ordinary folks the inspiration and the motivation to achieve our goals, be this fitness, nutrition, or wellness.
Active Nation wants to excite a ‘Goal-Getting’ Nation.
This summer, Active Nation invites people to share their goals, and one lucky ‘Goal-Getter’ will be rewarded with a year’s FREE membership at a local venue. The competition will run until 31 July 2022.
Active Nation wants everyone to take the first step in achieving their goals and offers everyone a free 1-day pass throughout the summer to ignite their Goals by joining a indoor or outdoor fun activity.
To get your free 1-day pass at one of Active Nation’s health and well-being spaces nationwide, visit ActiveNation.org.uk/Goals.
Active Nation campaigns to increase participation in health and well-being, raising awareness of the benefits of living a healthy, active life. Operating from 22 venues nationwide, the charity works with local authorities, national governing bodies, national charities, and sports clubs, to remove barriers and open the eyes of the Nation to the health and wellbeing benefits physical activity brings.
It doesn’t matter if your goal is to climb a mountain or your stairs; it’s about Goals, not Glory.
“Improving the health and well-being of the Nation is the belief that drives us. We believe #GoalsNotGlory will give people the possibility to discover and experience their own WHY by enjoying being part of Active Nation. We connect people to importance of well-being in their lives and we believe our #GoalsNotGlory campaign will inspire people to do the things that inspire them so that together we can improve the health and well-being of the Nation.”
